A care line for living leather.

A house line of cleaners, conditioners, protectors and stain remedies, calibrated for the leathers the house carries. Two tiers — Aeristo for the household, Aeristo Atelier for the professional restorer — both formulated to the same chemistry.

A note on the line

A leather lives longer when it is cleaned with the same precision it was finished with.

Every product below is a water-based formula, free of harsh solvents, tested in the atelier on the articles you'll find in the Article Library. The kits keep a home leather alive; the Atelier line, in one-litre format, is the working stock of the restorer.

Clean.
Lift surface grime and water-based residue with a soft-foam cleaner.
§ II
Spot-treat.
Resolve ink, dye transfer and stubborn marks before they set.
§ III
Condition.
Restore the moisture and fat balance of the hide; eliminate squeak and stiffness.
§ IV
Protect.
Lay an invisible, breathable barrier against oil, water and alcohol stains.
I.

Cleaning & Care Kits.

A complete maintenance system in a single box — cleaner, conditioning cream and the spot-treat remedy — packaged for the household and for the gift table. Six kits, one for every register of hide: pigmented, aniline pull-up, light-coloured, nubuck and suede, synthetic.

Natural Leather Care Kit.

A complete maintenance system designed to preserve the softness and elegance of pigmented leathers. Cleans, conditions and resolves recent ink marks in one box.

For
All pigmented leathers. Pure aniline leather: Soft Cleaner only.
How to use
  1. Shake the cleaner; test on a hidden area; lather onto the sponge.
  2. Work into the leather in circular motions; remove excess with the soft cloth.
  3. Rest thirty minutes, then apply the Protection Cream evenly, twice on high-use zones.
  4. Dry thirty minutes, buff with a clean cloth. For ink marks, press the Ink Away tip over the stain, wait thirty seconds, wipe, then re-condition.
Do not use Ink Away on nubuck, suede or aniline leather. Pre-test all products on a concealed area before full application.

How to use
  1. Apply the Soft Cleaner with the sponge in circular motions; wipe excess with a soft cloth.
  2. Allow thirty minutes drying time.
  3. Apply the Conditioning Cream evenly; buff lightly once dry.
  4. For ink marks, press the Ink Away tip over the stain, wait thirty seconds, wipe, then re-condition.
Do not use Ink Away on nubuck, suede or aniline. Pre-test on a concealed area.

How to use
  1. Pre-test on a hidden area.
  2. Dab the Colour Transfer Remover on a soft cloth; work the affected area; reblot every fifteen to twenty minutes until the transfer lifts.
  3. Clean the surface with the Leather Cleaner.
  4. Apply the Leather Barrier in circular motions; let dry.
Not for suede or nubuck. Do not apply the Barrier to dark colours.

The discipline for nubuck and suede — a treated cloth that lifts grime without chemistry, a foam cleaner for the deeper marks, and an eco-protector that resists water, oil and alcohol without flattening the nap.

Nubuck and suede only.
How to use
  1. Wrap the cleaning cloth around a sponge; pre-test on a hidden area; rub the surface in alternating directions, working from the outside of the mark inward.
  2. For deeper marks, lather the Cleaner onto a sponge, scrub from the outside in, then dry with a hair dryer on a cool setting.
  3. Shake the Eco Protector; spray from thirty centimetres in overlapping passes.
  4. Rest one hour; rub the surface with a sponge to re-raise the nap.

For polyurethane upholstery — the synthetic skins on commercial seating, marine cabins and contract work. Cleans, conditions and protects against water and oil without using a solvent that would lift the topcoat.

How to use
  1. Shake the Cleaner; pre-test on a hidden area.
  2. Lather onto the sponge; work into the surface in circular motions; rest five to ten minutes.
  3. Wipe residues with kitchen paper or a dry cloth.
  4. Apply a small amount of Maintenance Cream to a clean cloth; wipe across the surface in gentle circular motions; let dry.
Not for real leather or nubuck. Pre-test on a hidden area.

The Cleaners.

Soft-foam, enzyme and dry-cloth cleaners for routine maintenance — pigmented, nubuck, suede. Choose the format by the volume of work; the chemistry is the same.

A specially treated cloth that lifts grime from nubuck and suede without any chemistry — handbags, garments, shoes, upholstery. Restores the original nap and feel.

How to use
  1. Unfold the cloth and wrap it around a sponge or small block.
  2. Pre-test on a hidden area.
  3. Rub the surface in alternating directions, increasing pressure on the affected zone until the grime lifts.

A versatile cleaning and degreasing spray for mixed upholstery — leather, nubuck and fabric — built around a single neutral formulation.

For
Leather, nubuck and most upholstery fabrics.
How to use
  1. Shake well; pre-test colorfastness on a hidden area.
  2. Spray from 30 cm so the surface is just damp.
  3. Wipe with a cloth dampened in warm water; rinse the cloth often to remove product and grime.
  4. Dry with a clean towel. For local stains, spray onto a sponge first, blot, dry with absorbent paper, then rinse.

A working-stock detergent built on enzyme technology — lifts recent food and beverage stains and eliminates odours from both leather and fabric upholstery.

For
Pigmented leather and fabric upholstery.
How to use
  1. Shake well; pre-test on a hidden area.
  2. Apply to a sponge and squeeze to a stable foam.
  3. Clean in gentle circular motions; rinse the sponge often in clean water on soiled zones.
  4. Remove excess foam with a white cotton cloth and air-dry.
  5. For odours: spray the area, leave five to ten minutes; for persistent odours, lay a damp cloth over the treated area for twelve to twenty-four hours.
III.

Stain Removers.

Targeted remedies — colour transfer, ink, fresh food and beverage marks. Test first, always; act early; finish by re-protecting the leather afterwards.

  1. Shake the bottle thoroughly; test on a hidden area first.
  2. Pour onto a soft clean cloth and dab the stain gently.
  3. Allow ten to fifteen minutes if needed.
  4. Lift residues with water; air-dry.

Formulated to lift colour transfer on light leathers — denim, indigo, newsprint — and stubborn marks from ballpoint, shoe polish, lipstick, chewing gum and permanent marker.

How to use
  1. Shake well; pre-test on a hidden area.
  2. Apply to a soft cloth and wet the affected area; blot gently.
  3. Re-blot every fifteen to twenty minutes; allow several hours for set marks.
  4. Lift residues with a leather cleaner; rinse with water and dry.
  5. Re-apply the Leather Protection Cream when fully dry.
Do not use on nubuck or suede. Always pre-test colourfastness.

For
Light pigmented leather and vinyl.
How to use
  1. Shake well; pre-test on a hidden area.
  2. Apply to a soft cloth and blot the transferred colour; re-blot every fifteen to twenty minutes.
  3. Allow several hours on stubborn marks.
  4. Lift residues with a leather cleaner, rinse with water, and dry fully.
  5. Re-apply the Leather Protection Cream after drying.
Do not use on nubuck or suede.

A pocket-format stick that lifts fresh pen, ink and lipstick marks from protected pigmented leather. Works best on a leather that already wears a protective cream.

For
Protected pigmented leather only.
How to use
  1. Unscrew the cap; push the tip out about 4 mm.
  2. Pre-test on a hidden area.
  3. Apply the stick repeatedly over the mark with gentle pressure.
  4. Wait thirty seconds; wipe with a dry soft cloth.
  5. Clean with the Leather Soft Cleaner, then re-apply the Protection Cream.
Designed for recent marks (three to five days old). Cannot remove permanent marker. Do not use on nubuck or aniline leather.
IV.

The Protectors.

Conditioning and barrier products — the long-term work. Leather Vital restores moisture and fat balance, the Protection Cream lays a breathable barrier against oil, water and alcohol.
